She is an excellent physician with a helpful support staff.
This clinic is garbage. They never pick up the.Last week I had to call the pharmacy to get a hold of Dr. Gunghasim and still havent heard from her. She could care less about my mental health. Never wants to change my meds. I had saint lenords come in with me with referral forms to see a therapist at health sciences. I called them and was told she never made a referral. The people at reciption half the time never know what I’m talking about. A monkey can do a better job. The clinic needs to be shut down and is poorly managed.
Never go to this clinic again,there is lady on reception her name is diwanshi she is really rude receptionist and have no idea how to deal with patients. She is asking personal questions to patients, these people have no respect and responsibility and don’t deserve to be on that position.and I ask to give me her supervisor number and she refused. I will never go there.
I truly appreciate Dr. DeSilva he is knowledgeable, professional, and has provided me with great care over time. However, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, they come across as rude, unhelpful, and lacking in basic courtesy, which makes visits to the office unnecessarily stressful.
