Met with Kendra, Designer and she was most helpful in selecting my new Verticle blinds. The blinds arrived in a timely manner just as she said they would. The Sheer Shop notified me and set up an installation date. The installer,Jacob, arrived on time and did a very nice job of installing the blinds. He was most pleasant and very efficient at installation Very pleased with my choice and also of selecting The Sheer Shop.
I have Hunter Douglas blinds and one of the holders for the vertical blinds was broken. Tristan did a great job replacing the broken piece and restringing the blinds. All the people I dealt with at the store were super helpful and courteous. The job was done on time as scheduled. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
We had great service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and purchase again.
