Absolutely love Kelly! She has been making and altering dresses for decades. She is very friendly, welcoming and warm. Mum came with me to almost every appointment and my bridesmaid came to the very last one with me for the final fitting and picking up the dress and we never had any issues. The dress fit PERFECTLY and all the alterations she made were fantastic. Could not reccomend her enough.

I can’t thank Kelly enough for the incredible dress she made for my hens party!! From start to finish, the whole process was seamless and the end result exceeded all my expectations!!!!! Being unable to find anything in store or online that suited my figure, Kelly outdid EVERY store possible and created a custom comfortable and gorgeous Callie dress! Kelly is also altering my wedding dress and I cannot wait to see her magic on this as well. I highly highly recommend Kelly to anyone and everyone!!
Absolutely terrible service....The quality of her work was even worse. My partner took her dress to get hemmed and the shoulder strap let out and 5 days later, now has nothing to wear to our wedding tomorrow! The dress is completely ruined, the hem was never done, shoulder straps are that messed up and now will not stay up and the dress just buldges at the front. The dress is unwearable. My partner took their wedding dress to Shear Perfection Bridal Dress Alterations, and it was an absolute disaster. What was supposed to be a simple alteration turned into a complete nightmare. The dress was practically destroyed by this talentless butcher!
