Every time I go I have an appointment and I still have to wait! The owner is very rude and they take forever.
After seeing the same stylist for 2 years , she was gone. I loved this shop and continued to return and a new stylist started doing my hair. I have seen several girls come and go in my time going here. Used to be a family friendly salon where i also took my children. The wemon who work here have become very trashy and a tad but stuck up"
I've gone to sheer genius FOR YEARS! Never had a problem... But this recent week I went to change my hair color... After 2 1/2 hours it was $80, but the next day when I was in the sunlight and after a wash, I realized my hair was literally orange! When I went back to get it fixed, keep in mind I live 45 min away, after 3 hours.. They saw it's fixed and it " looks good" to me it's gray and green with yellow highlights..
