I would give 0 stars if I could. First, they measured my feet with a cell phone, then the orthotics I received were no where near the shape of my feet. They were not wide enough, and they did not help my high arches. I've notified sheep feet several times of my problems and I get a different excuse every time. Instead of just re-measuring my foot and sending me something that will actually help me they have delayed the process likely in hopes that I'll go away. Waste of money!
Customer service is next level.
I’ve had my insoles for about 3yrs and they never seemed right because of too much arch support. I never bothered to call them up on it until listening to a recently dropped podcast. Much to my amazement I talked with the team and they told me over the phone they could dial the arch back if I sent them in. I did send them back after purchasing a refresh and my old insoles came back looking brand new. Would give them 0 if I could!! I ordered them at end of Feb 2024 and here it is July 17th and still haven’t got them!! I have called and emailed so many times and they have promised they would be shipped soon but here we are and still do not have them!!! It has been almost 5 months since I ordered them!!
Terrible customer service. Paid the price and never received the product now approaching 90 days. Repeated attempts to contact the company through email and phone messages have resulted in no response. Save yourself some frustration and buy from another vendor.
