Awesome gym, training structure, and people!
I tried a few gyms before going to Sheepdog and can say with certainty that it was the best choice. From the coaches to the other athletes, a super friendly community, I felt welcomed since day one, especially after being in Canada for just 1 year. Everyone was always very patient and helped me a lot. 6 months of many challenges but I achieved many goals and I'm sure the friendly environment was one of the main incentives! No one finishes alone! <3
