Hospitality and understanding is this teams game! I have a fear of dental work and Dr. Gaur, Ishia and team were so kind, patient with me and made my dental experience a comfort. I am ecstatic I found such a good team and can honestly say, I am happy to go back and finish my care. Thank you Dr. Sheena and team at Kirkland premier.
I spent so much time and money 💰 and they were, so I believed, helping. No. They were just wanting to get more funds. Teeth cleaning never once happened. Estimates were outrageous including cleaning. And they Xrayed so much and during each visit, and I had hit my limit. Refunding my last balance was blown off as well. I had to repeatedly call and was told, a third time the same BS to drag it out that I had to become demanding and downright insistent this is unacceptable and handle it NOW.
