I had some pain in my back that was causing major discomfort and difficult breathing. I was suggested to go see an osteopath and Sheena came highly recommended. She worked her magic and made some adjustments that provided the relief I was looking for. She also spent some time with me to discuss some of my ongoing body pains and made some suggestions for how I could better take care of my body moving forward. Thanks Sheena so much for everything! Don't go see anyone else except for her. Sheena is a sweet soul with soft healing energy and knows exactly what to do and how to treat you. I have a bit of scoliosis and have seen massive improvements over the passed year. My spine is finally beginning to straighten and my hips are more balanced. I love her!
