Hii I was looking for a new salon for a trim and upkeep for face framing. Tiffany was awesome! She kept checking throughout the appointment from start to end to make sure everything looked straight and even. I really liked how she would adjust things along the way if I noticed something I wanted smoother/straighter. I also really liked how she did the face framing compared to other salons that have done it!

Got the headspa and haircut combo. Both women were very welcoming and kept me in the loop about time etc. Was offered a drink a couple of times. The head spa: like a massage/relaxation facial, but wetter and better! Tiffany had such fluid movement of her hands that I can only assume she was somehow using magic. I feel great. I am interested in how long the benefits will last, but still satisfied with the experience and price. Haircut: just the right amount of conversation, never felt lonely or overstimulated. Tiffany is amazing!!! She takes her time and really listens to what you want. She is very detailed with the cut and styling. She is also very sweet and gentle.

I had a really disappointing experience at this salon in Kirkland. I explained multiple times that I wanted my hair straightened, with just slight curls at the very ends. That’s it. Instead, the stylist didn’t properly straighten my hair at all. She just blow dried it with a brush, which left it super puffy and frizzy. My roots weren’t straightened, and only part of the middle looked somewhat straight. Then she curled my hair from halfway down all the way to the ends not just the ends like I asked.
