Went here twice and loved both visits! First time: Deluxe head spa with Helen. Second time: haircut and styling with Hanna. They were both amazing! I loved my head spa and haircut so much. I just moved to Kirkland, and I can already tell this place is going to be my go-to salon from now on. Highly recommend!

90 dollar for a really bad haircut, disappointed! I could have done a way better job myself. Stylist lacks technique, i asked for curtain bangs and light layers. The stylist did not do any sectioning, checked how i part my hair..nothing. She trimmed hair randomly from here and there. My curtain bangs are of different lengths at the front, i even pointed it while she was doing it but she was not able to fix it. It pisses me off that this is the most basic why we visit a stylist. This was my first time at this salon and the experience absolutely could not have been better. I have pretty curly hair so I get nervous for people to cut it, but Hanna was so easy to talk to and gave me exactly what I wanted for my haircut. I will 100% be returning

I got my haircut and eyebrow waxing done by Tiffany, and I’m really happy with the service. She was friendly, attentive, and took the time to understand and deliver exactly what I wanted. The place itself is very clean and inviting. Will definitely come back!

Hanna did a beautiful job! Got rid of my orange box die leftover and gave me a beautiful blonde look. Half foil. She was SO sweet and so accommodating. Definitely will be back!
