Met with Dr.Pousatis and her team to discuss pending cardiac valve replacement. It was a very positive experience. I left with a greater understanding of what was involved thanks to the time she took to explain the process, procedures, and recovery aspects. Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, competent, more than willing to answer any and all questions. Can't ask for more than that!
