I saw this physician back in January 2025 and its now a year later and Im still dealing with billing issues. I was overcharged for a consult that lasted less than 15 minutes. I contacted my insurance and my insurance contacted the billing dept. A new claim was submitted but still over charging me. Now I get a voicemail and after speaking with Ashley in the billing dept Im being charged a different amount than what thr claim was processed for. This is ridiculous! Get it together Piedmont.
