If I could give zero stars I would. I was told when I made an appointment for my boys that I would receive a phone call within a few days to verify information for their appointments. I received no phone call. A week before their appointment I started calling trying to get ahold of someone to verify the information for their appointments, left messages, received no call back and it took 12 attempts over several days to get someone to answer the phone. Dr. Ananth has taken great care of my children through every health concern we have had. She’s listened and offered wonderful medical care.
I love when my kids see Dr. Ananth! She listens to my concerns and provides the advice needed. She even called me late one evening to verify my child's meds as she knew we were going on vacation and wanted to make sure we had the correct meds. I truly appreciated that...it was above and beyond.
