The staff at her office is horrible.
We have been with Dr Annanth for 8 years. She is very clear and easily understood on plan of treatment. I recommend Independence Pediatrics often to friends and colleagues.
It went well.
As always it was a pleasure. My son struggles with anxiety and he trusts her 100% we won't see anyone else !!!!
The office staff are the worst! They don't use email to communicate with insurance companies, only fax. They are stuck in 1993. And to try and get a live human on the phone, good luck. Took more than a month just to get a simple allergy medication change. Should have taken 3 seconds. Darn shame becuase the doctor herself is very good. Her staff ... sucks.
