My son has Keratoconus, and Dr Patel has taken care of him every step of the way. He has been very thorough and patient explaining things to us as a family. He successfully performed Cross-Linking surgery on both of my son’s eyes, and we will be following up with him on more procedures in the future as the disease progresses. I can’t imagine trusting my son’s precious eyesight with anyone else.
I found both Dr. Patel and his entire staff very helpful, pleasant, and patient throughout the entire process. I had cornea surgery done on both eyes (one at a time) so I did make multiple visits to the office. And yes both surgeries were a success!!! The staff was very thorough explaining each procedure leading up to the surgery as was the accounting dept. for the billing explanations. Would and have highly recommended them!

Don't know what to give it. After brief conversations they hung up on me. The first conversation was to inform me their appointments were pushing out until October and the second was whether I had an appointment with them before. I responded that I had not, and that I did want an appointment, they asked again saying "so you do want an appointment? I said yes I did and then they hung up.
I saw Dr. Patel just last week. OMG, he looks as though he's actually getting YOUNGER!! Very pleasant, very thorough, took his time and covered my upcoming procedure in depth. Only 4 stars, the other comes AFTER I have both eyes back and functioning properly. :-) Earnest J. Brown
