Scamming Women and those who aren’t knowledgeable - Forging a 120% markup on a simple oil change? My mom was quoted $88 over the phone for a routine oil change, but when she picked up her truck, the bill had magically jumped to $200. Chris, the rep, never mentioned the price change, never explained the paperwork, or showed her the new estimated cost. Fast and friendly, very informative kept me posted on the work being done.
They bugged me multiple times with emails about leaving a review and I purposely waited until after the 30 day powertrain warranty beforehand to be sure I wasn't getting screwed since I am a woman. And low and be hold, it happened. First time buying from an actual dealership and I've had a worse experience with them than ANY small dealership. Go figure, haha.
