Went in to get a transmission diagnostic on why my car rpm’s were dropping from second the third, was told it would be $198. Got a video the next day saying it was slipping and there’s “nothing you can do except replace the transmission” for $7400. All they did was take a sample and the “fluid looked dark” . Got the bill $241- extra charges for “shop supplies” Took my car to superior transmission for second opinion, called me a couple hours later and said it’s ready to be picked up. I wasn’t planning to leave a bad review, but people should know what to expect. I made an appointment because the weather stripping on my brand-new car came loose while I was driving. I called because rain was expected the next day and I was worried about water getting inside. The person I spoke with said they were fully booked and, when I explained my concern, simply told me there was nothing she could do.
