Chris young was the guy and was trying to charge me for jus diagnostic 300 dollars even though my car is covered under warrantee these guys are scammer i say stay away from suburu …. I loved the car but not anymore i was the biggest advocate for suburu but suburu is destroying it self in usa
Found their parts website on google, ordered Subaru ATF, paid them and then crickets. Call their # and was told they do not ship liquids??? Thanks for NOTHING, maybe add that into your website so you stop wasting people's time.
Very rude reps working in the parts department! First off should not have to call 3 time to get ahold of someone. The first 2 times we called it just rang for 5 mins then hung up. Find somewhere else to buy your parts!
