They were amazing, we had some issues come up with our car.. they took a video of what needed to be repaired and explained the process. The customer service is top notch.
Evans was top notch - from my first call he told me exactly where to go aka green arrow and doors. Once there he took my car and directed me to waiting area with food and water/coffee - my first experience with going to a dealer - all of my other vehicles are really old - I felt like royalty - great job Evans and Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown!!
