This was my second visit to your Subaru service center. This was my first major service (12000 mile) and Ryan was my service advisor. Ryan was very professional, competent and addressed all of my questions. Frank handled my loaner car and was very helpful and courteous during checkout and checkin. The service center was very clean and my overall experience was exceptional.
Sheehy was recommended to me by my local service company when my transmission began to fail. Evans and the rest of the staff was exceptional and made the entire experience pleasant. Fortunately, the transmission replacement was covered under warranty. I will definitely return to Sheehy for future services!
