Adam was great to work with! He kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle throughout the process. I
Scheduled a service appointment through an AI on the phone, which is whatever, it seemed to work well enough. Unfortunately, using an AI doesn't account for what the service techs are up to. Scheduled an appointment for 2:30, talked to the service desk, gave them my keys. At 3:15 they come out and tell me the guy who can look at the issue with my ECU is in the middle of an engine rebuild and cant be interrupted and ask me to reschedule.
