Scheduled an appointment for 8:45am for oil change , it’s 10:20 and they just started to work on my car, almost 2 hours waiting and having an appointment, not responsible at all.
It was a great experience, good team
I recently visited this location and experience was exceptional. Right in entering the building, I was acknowledged with greetings & introduction as a service personnel named JESUSR RIVAS since was there for my oil change. He helped me till I was out of the place with all the necessary info & services needed. I had a good job done of my vehicle & above it wall JESUSR RIVAS was exceptional employee to deal with and wouldn't only recommend Sheehy nissan manassas only but JESUSR as well.
