Very Poor Customer Service I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and ended up waiting over two hours. What’s the point of making an appointment if the wait time is this long? When I asked one of the service technicians for an update, they responded rudely and told me to "go ask the other guy." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Very dissatisfied with the service and overall experience
Scheduled an appointment for 8:45am for oil change , it’s 10:20 and they just started to work on my car, almost 2 hours waiting and having an appointment, not responsible at all.
