We’ve been shopping around at Lincoln and Wesley along with his assistant Jamani have been helping us. They are both very professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the details about each car. Every time we visit, they treat us with great care and respect, which we really appreciate! If the right car comes along, we would be happy to buy from them.
Called to speak with a sales associate about Lincoln Navigator L…I was forward to Sebastian a new car sales associate. Great place to purchase a car. They are very supportive and service is wonderful.
The Lincoln service department is stellar. They were very attentive, kept me updated on their progress, and completed the work quickly. I was very pleased.
The salesman I spoke to was about the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Not helpful at all, very lazy, barely spoke on the phone. He caught an attitude with me when I started discussing pricing and asked him a few questions about the vehicle. You'd think that they'd have knowledgeable people working on their sales team. This was very unpleasant and ruined the chance of making a deal. I belive the man I spoke to was Stefan. Management: please look into this
