I have nothing but good things to say about sheehy Lexus thus far. I purchased a used Lexus from them in late March early April 2024. The sales rep Mathew ****was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and extremely professional. Since then I have had some minor issues with the car, such as a noise in the front wheel etc. Jason the service coordinator was top notch in customer service and handled our issues expeditiously. I didn't that I could leave a review here and while it is an old review I did review them on Google so anyone can see the initial post. I am very disappointed in the service I received at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I went in on 6/23/2020 for an oil change and full 181 inspection. I left my vehicle at the dealership, and while I did receive text notifications that my vehicle was almost done and approved extra work(replacing body panels under the car), the inspection was not done and the extra work done sloppily and missin... read more

I bought a used Lexus and paid full asking price due to "no haggle pricing". Within 15 miles of leaving the dealership I had a blowout on the highway nearly causing an accident. Upon further inspection, the tires were more than 6 years old and unsafe. I requested the dealer pay for 2 of the 4 replacement tires (I didn't even ask for them to pay for all four) and they would not agree. Not becoming of a Lexus franchise dealer, I would've expected that from a fly by night used car dealer, not a Lexus dealer.
BE CAREFUL. THIS DEALERSHIP DOESN'T POST THE PRICE THEY WANT TO SELL THE VEHICLE FOR. THEY MISS ADVERTISE THE PRICE ON A CAR I REALLY WANTED. I FOUND A 2010 LEXUS ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $2413. AFTER I CALLED TO DO THE DEAL ONLINE AND GET THE VEHICLE SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE THEY SEND ME THE PRICE $13644 AND THAT WAS KBB VALUE ONLY. WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT WAS THE ONLY PRICE ON THE LIST THEY SAID IT IS INCORRECT WE ARE SORRY ABOUT THAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO BUY FOR $13644. OF COURSE I SAID NO YOU CAN KEEP IT. This car was priced incorrectly and within 24hrs of initial pricing, the error was corrected. The pricing disclaimer on our website clearly allows for mismarked cars. We did not deceive or mislead him and the moment he inquired, we let him know it was a typographical error.
