While I appreciate the work that was done on the engine diagnostic, there was no empathy from the service advisor that I dealt with. Hyundai has been notoriously silent on the fact that all these engines that have oil consumption issues ultimately fail. And after spending money to fix a broken cylinder, it’s quite weird to find out that all of a sudden you need a CC. Tremendous customer service by Byron Booker, finance dept lady and the Sheehy Manager. They worked with me and made sure that I got my Palisade and left as a satisfied customer!! Very pleased, I recommend them completely!!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership’s service department. When I called with simple questions about recalls, the employee I spoke with was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping or providing clear information, I was abruptly hung up on. Customer service like this is unacceptable—especially when it concerns vehicle safety. Based on this experience alone, I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership and will gladly take my business elsewhere. What a shame!
Was there for a recall on my car. I arrived early and they took me in quickly. Said 3 hours and was out in 2. Showed me the work and explain why. Very good job.
