BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, Every person I dealt with was professional, competent, accommodating, and very helpful and friendly. I was in the market for a purple Fit and Mariela, the Online sales representative was most accommodating. She looked everywhere and when it wasn't available, her manager ordered it for me. She never gave up. The finance and administrative departments were most efficient and pleasant. I will definitely buy another car from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST. My main complaint is with their finance department. When I bought my Honda Civic back in 2000, I chose to finance it through Honda, as Honda was advertising at the time an extremely low interest rate, but the dealer never tried to get me a loan through Honda Finance (I found this out last month of this year (October, 2013), as I contacted Honda Finance to find out where my car title was -- I needed the title to give to the junkyard so that they would hall my c... read more

I bought a used vehicle at this dealer. Before I bought it I asked the seller if the vehicle was ready to go and he said it was. He told me that the vehicle had inspection and emmision. I bought the vehicle and got my tags thru the dealer. A week later I received a letter from the DMV stating that the car needed emmison.
