Excellent as always
Another exceptional visit! Logan, and Josh both went above and beyond as usual, and I dont want to leave out anyone else in service, because they are all so friendly, professional and accomodating. I always have them service my vehicle. Great people to deal with.
We got an appointment very quickly for an issue with our car. We were informed at each step of the process while mechanics checked our car for what was making an annoying noise. It turned out to be a simple and inexpensive fix which would have been more costly and damaging to our car if we hadn’t gotten a quick appointment. Everyone was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable which is why we continue to come to Sheehy.
Service manager Josh is outstanding. He really went above and beyond to help me out, including looking up a solution and walking me through it over the phone after I had already left the dealership. Keep this man on your staff at all costs, he is a huge asset.
