Great experience and communication
The "service tire sensor" light came on, so I scheduled the vehicle for service online. I arrived as scheduled and my service tech promptly signed me in. After a few minutes, he confirmed the problem was the sensor and provided a cost estimate. The work was completed within one hour. Very pleased with the service department!!
This is the second vehicle my family has purchased from Sheehy GMC in Hagerstown Md. My salesman Steve did an outstanding job!! We talked briefly during the week during my truck search and when I got there Saturday mid-morning he had a truck sitting right in the front waiting for me. I hadn't made up my mind at that point but Steve nailed it! It was exactly what I was looking for option wise and price wise!
