I tried for two days to get an appointment so I could see the GMC vehicle using the text app and was told someone would contact me. Never happened. I ended up buying a 2025 Chevy Equinox at a different dealer.
I ended up at Sheehy because my normal dealership didn’t have availability to do an oil change and tire rotation so I ended up taking it here. The staff was honestly phenomenal and so friendly/helpful. Because of the service level I’ll definitely be back even though this dealership is about half an hour away from where I live. Thanks to Josh and everyone at Sheehy for the great service!
Joshua is a great service advisor. I went in for my routine service and he told me I had two recalls, that it would be an additional hour so around 2 hours in total. Everything was done under an hour and 20 minutes. I also got updated videos from the Tech every few minutes which is pretty amazing.
Great service, great environment. Haroun took great care of me very friendly, this was my first visit here and definitely won’t be the last
I arrived at my scheduled appointment on time and was greeted by my service advisor Joshua Whipp who attentively listened to my concerns regarding my situation with my vehicle. Sheehy service department analyzed my problems with my vehicle and gave me a written brake down and an estimated cost to make the repairs. The service I received was excellent . . thank you!
