I bought a **** **** *****from these guys earlier this year and had an agreement to fix tow panels on the truck they fixed the truck like I asked on agreement but with some very sloppy paint work. Later I contacted them and showed them what was going on at first they didn’t want to help me once I layed the facts out they were very helpful in getting my truck fixed properly! 5 stars on my end!

I have purchased many vehicles and this was by far the worst experience of them all. I was sold a **** **** ***** ***by Kenny and explained to him thoroughly that tow capacity was the driving factor in my vehicle selection. Kenny assured me that the tow capacity was ****** I purchased the truck and about three months later as we were researching a new travel trailer I learned the capacity was in fact 10,700 pounds. Mr. *** purchased a used *****from us back in April of 2020. Several months later, he contacted us explaining that he did not have the proper towing capacity he needed for a new trailer he was looking at. He felt that our salesperson provided the wrong info at the time of sale in determining the accurate tow capacity of the *****. Towing capacities vary by engine and model and that info is available online for consumers to research as well, but I still agreed to go ahead and refund him 100% of the purchase price of the truck... read more

Superb experience using internet sales. I researched what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. I reached out to Sheehy and worked the deal over the phone. I showed up to the dealership and the vehicle was exactly what was advertised. Vince was outstanding! He was very patient, answered my questions flawlessly, and facilitated a smooth sale. Great customer service, fair trade-in, post sales follow-up, and easy to work with. I contacted Sheehy Ford to buy a new truck after doing a web search for the truck I wanted, found it - they followed up w/me when they came in. Used to be a loyal *********** **** customer - but Sheehy Ford is head and shoulders above *********** ****when it comes to customer service. I recently contacted this dealer as to purchase/order a new truck. I got the usual lip service from the salesman and then he closed with, "and then let me get back to you." He never got back to me. I contacted the dealership again and got in contact with another salesman and sent in my contact information and what I was looking for. It went directly to an email address with his name on it. There will never be a next time for service of my vehicle at Sheehy. $*** for a ****** truck oil change and tire.rotation is steep. Not to mention a vehicle inspection in which I did not ask for. Although I did not pay for the inspection( they took the cost off), the very idea of not understanding the customer's needs is unacceptable. Reason two, **** death wobble I brought my ****in about the wobble and was told it was tire pressure problem. The problem remained despite maintaining tire pressure. Disappointing would be the best way to describe our interaction with Sheehy Ford of Warrenton. My husband found a **** ***** **** ****online at the website *******, located at Sheehy Ford, he messaged the salesman on March 16, 2018 to see if the truck was still available and Chris told him it was and he made arrangements to go see the truck the following day and told him we would be there around noon. In this situation, a Maryland store sold that vehicle on Saturday night, but that was not properly communicated to the manager working in Warrenton on Sunday. Employ More The level of service at Rick Hunt Ford has been outstanding since we purchased our 2003 Ford Taurus. The staff is professional and courteous and every attention to detail has been observed. The only downfall is that the low unemployment and tight labor supply in Northern Virginia means that some days they just dont have enough technicians on hand to handle the volume. The quality of work, though, is first rate.
