linked to criminal behavior – Phil Sheehan is a theif and I am sure he is related to Pam Sheehan. He stole 7000. dollars from me by asking me to pay him for work he did not complete. Foolishly I paid him thinking he is a decent person because he was referred to me by Jean who worked for Sheehan Realty. After giving him the money he never was seen again. Out For The Money – Imagine finding a home you want to see. Calling your realtor to see it. Loving the home but because it is a For Sale By Owner, the realtor does whatever she can to move you in another direction. Now your realtor actually calls the FSBO home owner and requests a larger commission than what was offered in the listing. She even tells the FSBO home owner that she WILL NOT accept the commission offered.. Insulting to everyone involved. DO NOT USE SHEEHAN REALTY. I will find a buyer.
