Leaking toilet: Sheehan sent tech in 15 minutes. Issue complex bc of "Collectors' Edition" 1970s toilet, but techie was able to "improvise" and resolve the problem. V satisfied.

Sheehan Plumbing is my go to plumber. We have an older Navien and they have fixed it and completed the maintenance on it for a few years now. It stopped working a month ago and I took pictures of the error code and sent the pics with a description of what was happening, and my husband said they were in and out with the part changed in no time. They are the best and Brandon knows Naviens!

Called, emailed a message to them Monday evening that our furnace was not working…minus 6 out that night! Brandon called and emailed back first thing Tuesday. Stopped by to take a look on way to another job and was able to fix on the spot. Did an overall routine check afterwards. All good! Thank you for the prompt response…and fix! So impressed….!
