While the roof replacement itself went well, their communication and follow-up are severely lacking. I reached out on September 1st about a roof issue, two weeks later, no one has showed up. Great for big jobs, but they do not seem to care about supporting their customers afterward. Kathy in the office has done a wonderful job fielding my call. She seems to be the only one who cares. She had Ray contact me once last week and he told me that's a production issue. Here it is 13 days later and still nothing.

Very scammy! Showed up days after a hail storm trying to convince me there " ai drone" found hail damage... on a 2 year old roof. 2 local companies later. NO DAMAGE FOUND not even a dent on the gutters! Was told this company is local. After research I cannot find any proof of the business in the towns mentioned. I watched them prey on my whole neighborhood...

Very, very happy with the results. Prices from beginning to the end was seamless. If I had questions or concerns they were right on it. I dealt with a gentleman named Alex, so easy to talk to was not uncomfortable at all. I live in Alton, IL.

It is 7-22-26. I called 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment for Today at 10:00. I called @10:30 to confirm and the person said David will be there by 11:00. it it is now 11:45 NO SHOW. No phone call/ No e-maill to explain . If they can't resond I wonder What type of work they would do. David just called to to say lets set up another appoitment. GET LOST.
