Caleb was my sales agent and he did a great job at helping me through the entire process of getting my roof replaced seamlessly in coordination with my insurance company. The entire company was incredibly helpful, they kept me updated through the entire process. The crew was so fast when they got here as well they had my entire house done in just over 12 hours from tear down to wood replacement and putting on the new roof. From start to finish...it was perfect. The staff is outstanding, Alex took the time to explain the roof replacement and followed up thru the process..Kim handled the schedule to accommodate me..and returned calls in less then an hour, Project manager Erick was there to answer and address any concerns. Finally the crew who did the hard labor were true professionals, very polite and respectful of my property. Thanks to all.
