Awful customer service with lots of attitude and immature front desk.
I've been seeing Dr. Mesghali for a very long time almost 10 years now. She's straightforward, quick, and gets right to the point. She identifies your symptoms and prescribes exactly what you need. Recently, since Dr. Mesghali has been out of town, I've been seeing her nurse, Rebecca Martz—and let me just say, what a blessing in disguise! rudest people ever on the phone. No help at all. I ended up going to a different office because the lady on the phone was so rude. She didn’t ask me what my daughter’s age was, what I needed. She just dismissed everything. All I wanted was to establish care cuz I just moved here.
