Problem Solved on Sunday! Eric installed A/C and heating in my older home years ago. I have not had one bit of problem. But after a series of extremely hot days, I called Eric to come out and he had to only replace a part. Yes, he came on a Sunday! Years ago the original installation was reasonably priced, this time I was charged much less than expected for two people to come out and make this repair on a Sunday. Love it! Wish Shedlock Heating and Air could make every repair in my house!
Ac stopped working during Labor Day weekend Erik came out the same day- just a few hours within calling him. I’m so grateful! Fast efficient service. He’s a no nonsense type of guy- I can tell he was very busy with other call but he got the job done and went on his way. Thanks!

Mr. Shedlock was recommended to us by very good friends when our ancient A/C system bit the dust. He agreed to come to our house on Saturday afternoon after his son's ballgame. He never showed, never called, never responded to our voicemail or text messages. It is now 4 days later and we still have not even had the courtesy of an explanation for his inconsiderate behavior.
