This company has terrible business practices and customer service. They take your money out immediately. I ordered products that court over $100. They never shipped my items. I reached out and they stated they would ship my items in 12 business days. 12 business days passed and I emailed again and they stated it will be another week until my products were shipped. Shedavi's mailbox is full and no response to emails. My credit card has been charged, but the tracking is impossible. I have no idea when I will receive my package. After next week, I will be filing a grievance with my credit card company. Horrible business. I will NEVER ever again buy from this unprofessional, inept company.

The product is food, but the customer service is not. The last product I ordered almost a mo th a go now still hasn't arrived to me. Through the tracking number I see it's just sitting somewhere not moving. I contacted Shedavi and they blamed the carrier telling me to get in touch with them, so I did. USPS said they didn't have it, were just waiting for it from a third party. I told shedavi this then they blamed it on UPS, who is supposedly the third party.
