Do not book here if you actually want to receive a service you paid for!! No communication and the lack of customer service is upsetting. Don't waste your time!
I purchased a wax through Groupon and have been attempting to schedule the service. After several days without a response and a call that was disconnected when I tried to schedule it, I'm forced to go elsewhere. It’s disappointing to have paid for a service I wasn’t able to receive.
This is the worst customer service I've ever received. Bought 6 wax services from groupon and they refuse to take a call , text or appointment .. Especially if youare a person of color .. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE !!! IT'S A RIP OFF !!

I haven’t been waxed in a few months she made me comfortable and relaxed she offer wine and it was a great vibe I’ll most def be back
