I had a fabulous experience today speaking with Ricky from Shed Bonanza. I called to make an inquiry about delivery and installation times. He was patient and kindly went through my requirements and took time to find out what I needed the shed for mainly and recommended options. He also price matched a few fixtures that were on special at another providers site. Matthew at Warragul never returns calls. The mounting plates for the posts were twisted. The builders put them in and now have to wait for new mounting posts. Holding whole project up After sales service poor Ok so the regional manager responded to my post as per answer below. He said that we'd receive some sort of apology gift to cover our total frustration. He mentioned it'd would be here for summer, that's the 1st of December. He's never gotten back to me. contacted Matt just over a week ago with very little idea of what I wanted, but he walked me through the process and gave me the confidence to pursue my wish of an all purpose shed in my back yard. I was quite stressed about the process of gaining approvals and permits but in a very calm manner, Matt assured me he had it all under control - and he did.
