Brenda, if my stylist did not discuss picking him up asap the last time you brought Benji back in June, then we absolutely deserve the one star. This is not a new policy. She should have told you this when you were here last. It was notated on your file that he was to be picked up ASAP. That was what I was going by assuming she must have discussed it with you already. Went in today to drop off my dog. Walked in not noticing it wasn't open. Called the owner to make her aware her business wasn't locked and when someone came in 10 mins later she was rude. Owner wanted to focus conversation on how the hours were posted on door and how lights were off. I guess one customer is not worth it to you.
All the staff is always high spirit with pets and their owners -- The time they tell you they will be done they are done, always stick to the schedule -- Love the knowledge of the staff when it comes to the customers pets... Our babies Rosie and Onyx
We have 3 english bulldogs and it is near impossible to find a groomer who knows how to bathe them properly! I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked up our babies and they were not only clean but happy. We have tried a LOT of different groomers but this is definitely the best by far! Would recommend to anyone, especially someone with a dog who requires special attention like our bullies :)
I took my two cocker spaniels here this past Wednesday and I will ABSOLUTELY be using Shed, Bath and Beyond as my new grooming place. Friendly staff. Clean and neat business. They even give out "report cards" with the groom so you know how things went. The prices were average. The staff responded to my emails quickly also. Not to mention very nice staff when you call also. Very happy!!!
