Lacking some basic info on their website. It would be helpful if they could just say if a car was stick or automatic. I think that's a pretty easy task to accomplish. Also the price online was quite a bit different from the price in the lot.
Started off as a good experience with the salesman Tom Artasby, however they downplayed an oxygen sensor light that was on in our vehicle and said it just had to be shut off, little did we know we should have had it checked by an independent mechanic. And during the negotiation of our trade-in sales manager Kyle didn't like our counter offer got up and said "see ya later", just rude and unprofessional. In WISCONSIN Dealers are not required to do any diagnostics on cars, drive them and there is no lemon law in Wisconsin in regards to used cars before selling them. We are one of the few states. So be warned about this company. Although they know what they did is wrong, all they can say is that we did not buy a warranty, which this would not of been covered by even if we had. So be warned when you buy ANY car from not just this dealer but any dealer - they can basically sell you a lemon and will turn their backs on you becaus... read more
