Sheybogan Auto was great to work with. Scott helped us with our trade in and new auto. We liked that it was all completed very efficiently.
I had a diagnostic done $190 just told me all my tires, tie rods, and bushing needed to be replaced, said my tires had dry rot which they didn’t also only a year old recently replaced. Was looking for something specific, like your upper control arm failed, telling me everything is bad doesn’t help. Then had 2 back tires replaced, they put cheap tires on I see $150 avg on google so apx $300 they charged $500 in parts, for a grand total of $840. I am at my wits end. Purchased a 2021 diesel truck 11/25. Within the month the truck died in the middle of the street This was the beginning of continual and various issues with the truck. Transmission, DEF issues etc. It’s been in the shop more than it has been driven. All repairs are under warranty for now. This dealership is amazing!! They helped me trade in my Nissan Altima for a brand new 2026 Jeep Compass!!! They were fast and very knowledgeable. Not a single complaint.
