From the minute we walked in the door our experience was fantastic. Our salesperson, Heather, went above and beyond to make our vehicle buying experience a great one. The finance person was very professional and explained everything so we could understand and found us the best rate so we could buy the vehicle we really wanted. EXCELLENT SERVICE ALWAYS, WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Went to look at a jeep that I was interested in. I pull in the parking lot and someone was already out the door hounding me. After test driving the vehicle I felt very pressured to buy. I was ready to buy the vehicle the next day, and I told the salesman I wanted to sleep on it first. That night they called me twice. The next day they called a few more times. I made my mind up I was no longer going to buy the vehicle due to the hounding and pressure. Three weeks later in still getting calls. I will not go back.
Great service! The manager, Tim W., is fantastic, the place is clean, and the customer lounge is comfortable. The price of an oil change is crazy but Sheb. Chev. Quick Lube offers specials that definitely make it a more affordable service.
