The bratwursts are good and the shipping is reasonable. However, the ordering process is complicated. First, they don't take credit cards. They force you to use paypal. I emailed JWilson to question this and never heard back. Furthermore, depending on what state you live in, they only ship on a certain day. So if you miss the cut off, you have to wait an extra week for your brats. The last two years I have used them and both times my order was delayed. Ordered brats on Mon June 2. Today, 12 days later, still no brats. No response to my emails either. Can't find a phone number that works. I see now why they have a BBB rating of F.
These are the best brat. But not currently available in Rochester, MN. Any suggestions?
ORDERED BRATS OVER 2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL WAITING!! Tried emailing, no response. Tried calling and the phone number is disconnected. I live in San Diego and am wondering if they just took our money and shut their doors. Anyone with info please reply.
I got a 5 lb pack of the pork brats shipped to me. It has been a long time since we have had them. The main thing that I noticed is have lean they are. Hardly any flame up on the grill.
