RecommendedI am driving from Michigan to Milwaukee and my engine light went on and heard a clunk under my truck. Feeling nervous, stopped here and even though they were booked and couldn’t technically get me in, they quickly put a device on my truck computer and were able to tell me that is was not something that is an immediate worry. They usually charge for this an knew they wouldn’t get me back as a customer due to travel and they did it anyway to put my mind at ease.
My car started to over heat on hwy 43 and I was still over an hour from home. I stopped at the nearest exit and was so lucky and thankful to find these guys. Took a quick look for me, offered to fix it there which would take some time and probably require me to rent a car or find someone to get me or to top my coolant off so I could make it closer to home. I was first impressed that I could schedule an appointment online ( it was after hours) and then had a response and set time within minutes after! My vehicle had to spend the night and they had a loaner for me to use which was great. Everything being done was explained to me and the service was super friendly. I'll be using Auto Helpers for all my vehicle needs in the future! Great job

Amazing service! Only place I've ever been where I'm confident that I'm dealing with honest mechanics! The free loaner cars are a God send, so helpful! Employeesv are professional and helpful. I sent these guys a Facebook message at some insanely early hour on Friday, I got an immediate response and appointment booked for a diagnostic. When I dropped my car off, they were very quick with the estimates and due to the bad state of my brakes they insisted I take a loaner for the weekend so I would be able to get around safely. Excellent customer service. They are so open and honest - a genuinely refreshing change of pace! They kept us informed of everything that was going on throughout the process, so there were no surprises when it came to pay our bill. We love that they rank things based on problems that should be addressed immediately vs. items that could wait but will likely need to be addressed in the near future. I would recommend them to anyone!
