I've used relator Melissa Huerta in the past and so had my ex husband and my father and the transactions were great! Recently with my fathers estate i do have to say this has been my worse experience with her, i felt forced to sell, she doesn't respond to emails or text messages, and didn't disclose a lot of things that i would be responsible for. I will not be doing business with her again i and i know my father is rolling in his grave over this.
Kristi Zamora was my real-estate agent. Don't hire her! The reason that we hired her was because she actually done a great job for my sister and my sister recommended her to us. "Borderline" false advertising... There's a claim in a radio ad that says "some guys will make an offer and try to lowball you at the last minute, I'm Doug Hopkins with My Home Group and I will never do that" ..well.. The (MHG) guy in our deal tried to cut $15,000 off our deal after our part of the deal was signed. We said no way that's happening (we're not desperate)..
