"Borderline" false advertising... There's a claim in a radio ad that says "some guys will make an offer and try to lowball you at the last minute, I'm Doug Hopkins with My Home Group and I will never do that" ..well.. The (MHG) guy in our deal tried to cut $15,000 off our deal after our part of the deal was signed. We said no way that's happening (we're not desperate)..
