I've used relator Melissa Huerta in the past and so had my ex husband and my father and the transactions were great! Recently with my fathers estate i do have to say this has been my worse experience with her, i felt forced to sell, she doesn't respond to emails or text messages, and didn't disclose a lot of things that i would be responsible for. I will not be doing business with her again i and i know my father is rolling in his grave over this.
Kristi Zamora was my real-estate agent. Don't hire her! The reason that we hired her was because she actually done a great job for my sister and my sister recommended her to us. After we hired her, she kept saying that she needed time off to fix her house and yard and travel. She said that she would still be working but, she didn't. That was my worse mistake to be too nice. "Borderline" false advertising... There's a claim in a radio ad that says "some guys will make an offer and try to lowball you at the last minute, I'm Doug Hopkins with My Home Group and I will never do that" ..well.. The (MHG) guy in our deal tried to cut $15,000 off our deal after our part of the deal was signed. We said no way that's happening (we're not desperate)..
