I don't take lightly giving a poor review, but unfortunately, I had the worst haircut of my life there last week. I asked for LONG layers in my shoulder length hair as it is thick and gets bulky. Mike cut it to about one inch on top and texturized so aggressively that I ended up with a haircut that is a cross between a mullet and David Cassidy - google that if you're too young to understand!
