In an effort to save $2,000.00, I prepaid for 8 caps. The morning of the scheduled appointment I told Dr. O that I did not want ANY work done as I didn't have peace about it. He had prayed with me before so I expected he would understand . He told me he understood and to give them a few days to get the refund together. Did I mention that was February 2024?? This office is horrible! My sons appointment have been rescheduled numerous times since September. Hes been in a temporary implant since August and it's cracking and hurting him and as today the office is still closed and Noone is answering phones. We paid in full in June for the implant and I'm more than sure they no longer are open. We need a refund and Noone can help us. It's a horrible experience and even when they were open, expect to wait long to be seen.

Avoid this establishment at all costs! I’ve been waiting for a refund for services that were never received because they kept rescheduling my appointment. Called and left more than 10 messages for the doctor or office manager to call me back, and after almost 3 months still haven’t received a return call. Every time I go by to see them face to face, neither is in the office. Next step is filing complaint with BBB and state licensing! Totally unacceptable business practices.

My first visit with them today 8/23/2024 Friday my appointment was @9am. I got there by 8:40am doors were lock no employees was there, mind you there was another customer waiting that’s been there since 8:30am. That customer left by 9:10 still no employee! Finally a new training got there but she had no keys to open the door 9:20 2 dentists came in but only open there door . I was asking question and they didn’t know what to say !! UPDATE : When I 1st went to Dr. O a couple yrs ago,I had two mini implants put in. The staff seemed jolly and all seem to work well together. I felt comfortable and at ease there. My issue began when a former employee(Mary) was supposed to honor a 10% veteran discount off the top of proposed price of $8,010. But,she failed to do that. So,Dr. O assured me that he will honor it. It took almost a yr for him to fulfill the discount. So,decided to give it another try by scheduling my cleaning May 6 2024. There's a new staff there... read more
