I don't think these people deserve one star.I would Not recommend anyone what so ever to go to this car lot. I will not lie, so I will say the people seem very nice and helpful. I was put in three different cars at this car lot and all three were very unreliable. After the third vehicle stopped on me on the highway after having it for not even a week, I called to have them come and pick it up. I called to ask about my down payment only to get insulted. This place does not know how to do business...my daughter called there and spoke to Renada and my daughter asked her how much down and what are the payments like...she told her for an SUV it would be 700-1000 down and payments between 280-320 per month.... so we visited there..we met with Renada about the X5...my daughter test drove the car and liked it.......she checked my daughters credit and based on that said she had to put $1500 down and a $350 pickup payment(not what she said on the phone)...and monthly payments would ... read more

Never purchase a vehicle from this location...I bought a 2001 buick century cash in Feb 2013 the car only lasted a month and a half before the engine went out waste of time and a waste of money they are selling bad vehicles
