Dr. Sheats is incompetent and the receptionist is down right rude. They did nothing for me...charged me and arm and a leg then sent me to another dentist. When I got my Explanation of Benefits they told the insurance company the procedures were more than they actually were to get more money. They overcharged me as well and refused to pay the difference. Dont waste your time or money!
