I'm not one to ever post comments on line but I would like to give the people working at this complex. Ariel has such a warm and caring way about her, very professional definitely an asset to the company. Walker as well handles everything professional and has a great persona. We had an initial problem and it was taken care of immediately. Very grateful to Jason as well. All of them go out of there way to help and very understanding.

"Modern Luxury & Peaceful Living at Its Best!" I've recently moved at Shearwater Apartments, and it's honestly been a fantastic experience. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed - high ceilings, granite countertops, and the full-size washer and dryer are huge pluses. I especially love having a private garage and entryway — it feels more like a townhome than a typical apartment. Gillian gave me a tour and although she mentioned she was new, I would’ve never known. She was thorough with her tour , and answered every question I had and was very respectful, nice and professional
A special thank you to Walker for his professionalism in providing us with a short-term lease in such an expedient manner. He and Ariel were both wonderful. Would love to hear that the garage doors at this location were replaced with ultra-quiet motors.
