I got the worst cut ever from Rosalie over the weekend. At first I didn't realize as she handed me a mirror and I didnt have my glasses on. I should've kniwn when she picked up a lump if my hair to show me how she "took quite a bit off". I asked for 3inches and showed her how much--down below the shoulder. She took 5 inches off its lucky it's touching my shoulder. She left me with a tail in the back. I'm a professional person my patients notice everything. Im so embarrassed.
