The owner is nice enough, very comfortable setting. I wanted to love this place but I can’t. Went for a color, ginger left with a honey blonde. That was a $300 service to include style. Tried for plum the following month because I hated the color. Also requested crochet needling for my loc maintenance. That was a $400 service. She didn’t have the crochet tool so we did interlocking. I was going to Shears over Komb from the end of 2019 when I meet the salon owner handing out business cards until October 2020. I called a month or so later to make an appointment to have my natural hair styled; stylist Pebbles blow dried my hair and it was beautiful. When I came back for a natural style, Pebbles completely messed up my hair. I asked for no cutting or another style if my hair had to be cut. I was told the style I asked for could be done without cutting my hair. She cut my hair back to the length it was 2 yea... read more
