The whole place reeks of cigarette smoke, entire staff was wearing ragged looking pajamas, and staffs hair was unkempt/dirty/bad haircut. I turned around from the front desk and left without a haircut. When youre in the business of physical appearance, i recommended looking presentable.
Great service! I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair!
