I booked an appointment online but my daughter ended up having a volleyball tournament so I called in and asked to reschedule the lady who answered the phone said she didn't see my name or my daughters name in the system but offered to reschedule me for the next day, I said I wanted the same type of appointment for highlights and she said no problem its booked. I only post reviews for businesses I either have used very long-term or where I have an extraordinarily good experience. Both are true here. Connie has cared for both of my beloved parents and me for many years. I go regularly for multiple services. These ladies have shown an effective and sincere rapport with everyone from elderly people to young kids. These ladies are competent, honest, and down to earth. They take down their low reviews! Beware! They completely messed up my daughter's hair. Told her they knew how to color it. They used foil strips which made things worse as it didn't get most of her roots, she asked for colored hair and they gave her highlights basically after sitting in a chair for hours! 🤦‍♀️ Any stylist I've told this to since said why did they use foil for coloring hair?
