Did not call customer when a TPMS unit is broken before mounting and balancing tire MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE....when you come and to recieve a figure on what a steel wheel costs, and tell courtney that if it is over $100 that i would buy new for cheaper. I was never called and told the exuberant cost of a used steel wheel. I reccomend everything about Shearins tires!! Very knowledgable mechanics! The staff is very friendly too. Great place to have your vehicle maintained!!
